Sur les deux est collée une étiquette marquée 'Pli non distribuable'. Cette étiquette est une marque de retour.
Ces étiquettes ont un code-barres en haut à gauche et le facteur doit cocher au moins une des huit cases :
- Boîte inaccessible
- Boîte non identifiable
- Non réclamé
- Refusé
et s'il y a une anomalie dans l'adresse :
- Bât/Rés (Bâtiment / Résidence)
- N° dans la voie
- Voie
- Commune
La Poste française a renvoyé ces deux lettres à l'expéditeur, habitant aux USA, et ceci sans taxe !
